Go Dutch
Lovin' these Dutch Canal House Boxes! Based on the original 17th century Dutch canal houses, these funky carton boxes are perfect to store papers, toys, files and photo's.
I'd use em as gift boxes! They are blank on the outside - which means the possibilities are endless.
It's definitely time to go dutch!

Sound Advice
Really, who actually talks to each other nowadays? We've got texting, emailing, tweeting, etc. to keep communication lines open while never having to open our mouths once!
Enter the very cool Sound Advice bracelet. A bracelet made of the soundwaves of our voice delivering wise words to live by. Simply record your very own message at the Sound Advice Project website, save it, and it'll get sent off to a magical bracelet printing press.
Parents are using it to deliver some sage advice to their young tweens and teens. Friends exchange them along with choice words to live by. So if you have something to say...why not say it with a bracelet?

The Vintage Pearl
So the hubby is asking me what I want as my "push gift" for delivering our happy and healthy mr. wilde ;) So I'm on the hunt...
I always wanted a charm necklace with my kids names or initials on them, but am still searching for the perfect one. I want it simple. Besides I'm not much of a jewelry gal. I came across The Vintage Pearl.
I love her work and the simplicity of her pieces! I'm thinking these may be a winner. I'm torn between the square names and the rectangle names though, thoughts?
Plus I love the Mama Bird one as well, but I think too many charms on the necklace would be overkill. Plus, I'm a really petite gal. I may start looking like Mr. T ;)

Word Books
Genius right? The photos above were done by Miss Party Perfect Herself, Sara Hicks Malone!
There are several versions out there and I think it's such a perfect idea! I really wanted to make one for mr. red before I popped - so that he could refer to it while we were at the hospital, but as with many other items on the to-do-list, it just didn't get done. And then I popped ;)
But I'm still determined to make one for him. He loves it when he recognizes items that he has in print or on the computer so a word book would be PERFECT! You can use scrabble letters or cut-outs and choose your little one's favorite items to photograph! Then upload and create a book via the vast amount of photo book retailers and e-tailers out there!
Word.
