Go Wayback
Now you can join Doc and hop back in time and go Wayback. This cool site lets you input any url and see what it looked like in the past. Not all of the images will load at times, but you get the idea. For those in the online media and interactive industry, this is a fun way to see how site design has progressed. As 2008 draws closer to an end, why not go Wayback in time and check out how far we've come. Note: Marty McFly and the DeLorean are not included.

Wine Not?
It's Christmas Eve, so you're on your way to the holiday festivities, and you pick up a fabulous bottle of wine for the party. STOP! Your wine can't just go naked! And like everyone else, you're trying to be green, so how do you dress your wine in style and still be kind to the planet? Well Green Lifestyle expert, Danny Seo, has a very COOL solution. Grab your newspaper and wrap away!
Simply wrap two sheets around a bottle and tie a ribbon around the neck of the bottle.Cut strips of newspaper from the top of the paper to the top of the bottle; the more, the better. Curl each strip with scissors and voila!

Great Cupcakes
This GREAT Cupcake Pan brings GIANT fun! I first saw it on a photo from a gal pal of mine. She baked it for her lil ones, and I was amazed! The photogs at Williams Sonoma should really include an additional item in the pic so one can truly appreciate the scale of this sweet titan! It's huge! I just received my own gargantuan gift from my Secret Santa, and I can't wait to bake up a storm for the holidays!

Running the Numbers
Very cool. Very fascinating. Somewhat disconcerting. Running the Numbers: An American Self-Portrait, takes a look at American culture through the eyes of consumption and the lens of statistics. Each image portrays a specific quantity of something: fifteen million sheets of office paper (five minutes of paper use); 106,000 aluminum cans (thirty seconds of can consumption) and so on. Artist, Chris Jordan, measures mankind by examining measures of society. Don't miss "Constitution, 2008".
SPECIAL THANKS TO MY COOL PAL { Jeff } for this COOL tip!

An Ever-GREEN Holiday
'Tis the Season to be merry and bright and GREEN. My article in Verdugo Monthly comes out today in their December Holiday Issue. If you live in Burbank, Glendale, La Canada or surrounding hoods, you may already get Verdugo Monthly in the mail, otherwise there is street distribution as well in select areas. It's a great local lifestyle magazine that explores the culture, diversity and flavor of the area. I wrote a guest piece on tips for a festive, organic and natural holiday spread. So eat, drink and be green with some uncommon goods for a common good.
